How It Works
- Report an Issue: Either party can flag a booking for mediation within 48 hours of service completion.
- Neutral Review: Our Compliance Agents review the evidence provided (photos, chat logs, milestone approvals).
- Resolution: We aim for a resolution within 3-5 business days, which may include partial refunds or corrective work.
Escrow Protection
Because we use a milestone-based escrow system, funds are only released when both parties are satisfied. This prevents 90% of common disputes before they start.
